While my professional life has revolved around education, designing and directing youth camps and after school programs, my personal life has been filled with more than a decade of gymnastics meets and dance competitions. I am well versed (and fully immersed!) in the unique competitive youth sports’ dynamics and culture. I know what real support looks like for you as a studio owner and what drains your time and creative energy. I’m here as a virtual director, to take all those details off your hands, so you can focus on the “routines” that matter the most, officially freeing you up to do what you do best ~ train, choreograph, coach and prepare your athletes for competition!

My passion as a gymnastics mom when my girls were younger and as a competitive dance mom for the past 6 years, has led me to this moment. I have the utmost respect for studio owners and value their resources immensely. I will use my skills as a writer, creator and organizer, to free you up to optimize your skills as trainers, choreographers and coaches.
